The Elephant Camp is situated just 10 minutes from Victoria Falls, and is in a private concession within the Victoria Falls National Park. This Victoria Falls accommodation enjoys panoramic views of the Falls from the central area and the west wing of camp whilst the Batoka Gorge is visible from the accommodation on the east wing. There is also a view of a waterhole that is fed by natural streams in the rainy season that tumble down to meet the Masuwe River, and the Zambezi gorges below the Falls.

At the Elephant Camp, there is an emphasis on exclusivity. The 9 well-sized luxury tented suites all have private decks and plunge pools, in addition, they are all equipped with indoor and outdoor showers, big baths, private lounges, mini bar and tea/coffee stations, overhead fans plus air conditioning and are all mosquito proofed.

In addition, there are now 3 Star-bed Suites and 4 family suites at the Camp.

The main Camp area houses a spacious deck, lounge, bar and dining area. The latter is a large, custom designed tented structure, which leas onto a deck.

From here you walk down to the sparkling pool, which offers sweeping views of the Batoka Gorge and (seasonally) the magnificent spray of the Victoria Falls.

You can enjoy some lovely walks, and excellent birding at this Victoria Falls accommodation. The Elephant Camp also offers close interaction with wildlife – in particular the elephant at the Wild Horizon’s Wildlife Sanctuary. As a guest at The Elephant Camp you will have an opportunity to meet these magnificent animals.

All other activities on offer in Victoria Falls area are available at an additional cost. You can also enjoy selected Spa Treatments available in the privacy of your suite (subject to availability, on request at an additional charge).

Children over the age of 7 are most welcome at The Elephant Camp.
